Bonus Activities
1. Registration & PaymentRegistration is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable module fee.Payments are non-refundable.Each module is charged individually; participation in multiple modules will incur combined fees.
2. Age & EligibilityCamp is open only to students from Grades 1 to 8.Students will be grouped into two groups: Grades 1–4 and Grades 5–8.Age verification may be requested at the time of registration.
3. Camp TimingsParticipants must arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time.Timings must be strictly followed; late entry or early exit may affect participation in modules.
4. TransportTransport is provided on designated routes only.Guardians must ensure timely pick-up/drop-off at their assigned stop.The school is not liable for delays or incidents due to traffic or weather.
5. Discipline & SafetyStudents are expected to maintain discipline and follow all instructions.Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund.Safety protocols, including first aid availability and supervised activities, will be strictly followed.
6. Health & MedicalAny chronic health issues or allergies must be declared at the time of registration.First Aid will be available onsite. In case of emergencies, the registered guardian will be contacted immediately.
7. Photography & MediaPhotographs and videos taken during the camp may be used by the school for promotional purposes.If a guardian does not consent to media use, this must be indicated in writing at registration.
8. Personal BelongingsThe school is not responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings.Students are discouraged from bringing valuable items such as gadgets, jewelry, or large amounts of cash.
9. Cancellation & RefundsCancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the camp for partial refund eligibility.No refunds will be processed after the camp has commenced.
10. Changes & Cancellations by SchoolThe school reserves the right to change activities or timings in case of unforeseen circumstances.In case of a cancellation by the school, full refunds will be issued.
